1. Payment Terms:
Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards.

2. Customer Refusal to Pay:
In the event of a refusal to pay for services rendered, Shoreline Plumbing Solutions LLC reserves the right to take necessary actions to recover the outstanding balance, including but not limited to: Collection efforts through third-party agencies. Initiating legal proceedings to recover the amount owed.

Reporting to credit bureaus, which may affect the customer’s credit score.

3. Scope of Work:
Charges are based on the scope of work as agreed upon prior to service. Any additional work not outlined in the initial agreement will incur additional charges. Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing before proceeding.

4. Warranty:
We offer a warranty on labor for 1 year from the date of service on labor and material provided by Shoreline Plumbing Solutions. We do NOT warranty customer supplied items. Warranty coverage applies only to properly installed and maintained items.

5. Changes and Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of $500.

6. Liability:
Shoreline Plumbing Company LLC is insured and will not be liable for any damages beyond the scope of our services or for any consequential damages incurred during the repair process. Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the work area and for any damage resulting from failure to do so.

7. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida state.

8. Acceptance of Terms:
By accepting the services provided by Shoreline Plumbing Solutions LLC, you agree to these terms and conditions as outlined.
